[Shotimes] Code 66

[Carl Prochilo]

The connector to the MAF was redesigned late in the Gen 2 build run
because the original had retension problems.  Check the connector to
make sure it hasn't backed out.  A defective MAF is unlikely.  Did the
CEL come on?  I assume it did.
