1" hole saw will cut the flange off and leave the hex head. I bet it will back right out then. I had to do that on my last engine swap...

Oh and use an electric drill, not a cordless. Cordless just turn too slow...

I have extra pulleys.....where exactly, I don't know. The rest of this car isn't
quite up to snuff....it's been rode hard and put away wet. Also, no welding around
here, by HOA.
