[Shotimes] Rotor rusted to hub

>This time it's a rotor that appears to be rusted to the hub.  I've already tried hitting the back of it with a hammer, but it just stays put (even after putting some PB on it).  Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

   Actually, the place you want to hit it is on the face of the hub between the lug studs.  Of course, if you have a rust lip on the part of the hub that sticks out past the rotor, you'll still have a problem, but hitting it here will break up the rust holding it to the hub better than hitting the back of the rotor.
   And if you get it off, use a wire wheel to clean up the hub's face so the next rotor seats properly.
