[Shotimes] '91 accelerationproblems

Possible weak fuel pump/plugged filter.? Or MAF wire significantly carboned
up / needs cleaning? Mine ran similarly with both those issues. No codes for
either just weak power. Low fuel/too much air; maybe lean surging/bucking.
