[Shotimes] stumble with AC?

IAC is brand new, changed less than 4 months ago. It solved a lot of 
other problems, but this one is about two weeks old. It idles just fine 
otherwise, just occasionally skips a beat. The tach doesn't move at all, 
stays steady ~800RPMs
