I've only had sake a couple of times in my life...the first was years ago
with a neighbor whose knowledge of alcohol leaned more toward quantity
rather than quality. The latest was at a little ramen place in San
Francisco, where I had a delicious meal and a delicious Japanese stout (I
had never even considered the possibility that there would be such a thing
as a Japanese stout). For dessert, I went to the sake menu and ordered a
couple of types...and I was enlightened.
Iza Ramen https://www.izaramen.com/fillmore Check out the menu to read
some descriptions of the different varieties that they have.
Cheers,
Jeff
