[Tigers] Odd question

Hey, guys:

 

I will apologize in advance for what will probably be a whole slew of
questions over the coming months about things that I should know about
Tigers; after all, I've been fooling with them since 1979.  However, it's
been quite a while since I've been into what I'm doing now, which is a
complete engine compartment restoration.  So, please bear with me if
possible.

 

I'm currently in the process of removing everything that can be removed from
the engine compartment, but I've come to a piece that I can't remember how
to remove.  I'm talking about the wire loom holders.the little metal hangers
that somehow clip onto the inner fenders and hold the loom running to the
lights, etc.  How do I get those rascals off without tearing them up?  Also,
I've only got two of them on the car currently; it appears that a previous
owner gave up trying to take them off correctly and just broke them off.
So, I not only need to know how to properly remove them, I also need to know
where they are supposed to be located in a properly done engine compartment.
Can anyone guide me through this?
