I know you are trying to get things straightened out....  Time Warner bounced a number of my emails from the group and assorted and sundry senders.  Supposedly they have their problem fixed.  Over 2000 emails that had been pitched "reappeared" causing the inbox to be beyond full.  Sorry if this added to your problem.  I would not recommend Time Warner Cable to anyone.  Arch
