[Zmagnette] Slightly OT-Carpet adhesive

Hey, it's gorgeous - and it has... (count 'em) FOUR doors! And to boot, I'm gonna guess it's a flat-head six. The famous slant-six was still a few years off - think it came out in the '60 Valiant. But the old flathead served, at least as an option, all Chrysler products from about 1932 until 1960 and labored on in a number of other applications for nearly another 20 years. My first car was a '37 Plymouth. At a purchase price of $70 it didn't quite look like this one, but I loved it until I seriously redlined it in first coming home from school one day. It still ran...

I’m thinking I don’t want to weld it down and I’ll probably have to do a lot of fussing to get it all into place. Any suggestions as to brand or type of adhesive you’ve had good results with? Or does it need anything at all?
