Accessibility Bobby approved

I'm working to make the SOL healey web pages accessible to everyone and their browser of choice. The pages were tested with Bobby for accessibility and HTML 4.0 compliance. There are a couple of things that may cause you a problem. First, I have used a background image. If you find the background image to be bothersome, please let me know and I'll remove it. Secondly, I have used html tables to format some of the info into columns which can mess up some screen readers. I need to redo the affected pages, (using text only or style sheets, or ...):
