I started by getting technical rather than with a mild intro...
I own my third Alpine. One at a time.
This one is a '66, Red (was Blue). Found in one of those unlikely situations
in the back of a garage recently restored by a guy who decided he got too
old for it. I am slowly replacing parts, not by choice, but without complaint.
I found an original radio-speaker mount and use it. I am looking for an
overdrive at
the moment, my relay failed and I backed up.
I am a second generation Alpine driver. I still see the original around.
It had the
mirrors mounted on the front fenders. Four kids would sit in the back
behind the seats.
I live in Vancouver, British Columbia and could use some local help for parts.
I won't make the C.A.T.-i/'95 but would like some info for the future.
Let me know what is out there, I just might show up!
