Another option is to have your MC resleeved. This info is taken from
the monster vendor list:

I haven't used this place, but others on the lists have and seem to
recommend them.

I fixed the brake MC, clutch MC, and clutch slave on my Alpine S.5 by
carefully honing them out and using a standard rebuild kit.
