MIG Welders

I am looking at buying a MIG welder. The two models I am looking at are the TiP
MIG-130 and the Daytona MIG MIG-140 they are both advertised in Hemmings.

The TiP model is 130 amp, 110 volt, and goes for $399.00. The Daytona MIG
model is 140 amp, 115 volt and goes for $584.00.

I plan on using it to do patch panels and frame work and maybe the
occasional 200 foot statue of pinezilla made out of rusted old alpine bodies.
Will either of these two do the job. Are they reputable firms? Will they
find me dead in my garage after I run 130-140 amps through myself or is that
just enough to induce memory loss?

Thanks in advance,

Kurt Eckert
