Hi Jay

Right from the 1725 Roots Light Car Range Workshop Manuel... (WSM.145)

> worth finding a copy if you are going to keep a series V

P. 23 General Data..

Front Supension...

Alpine

Castor 3 deg - 50' positive

Camber 30' +/- 15' positive

Steering axis Inclination 5 deg - 15' +/- 15'

Ackerman angle Inner wheel 22 deg -45' +/- 1/2 deg
                Outer wheel 20 deg

Toe-In 1/8" (3mm) = 17' +/- 5' angle between wheels

The castor is unique to the Alpine, The Inner wheel Ackerman angle
is shared with the Rapier, Gazelle and Minx. All the others are common
to the entire range of vechiles.

The factory procedure calls for placing custom made gap gauges
in the front and rear suspension and loading the front of the
car with 300 pounds suspended from the front jacking sockets !

None of the alignment shops I have ever gone to has actually
added the weight.. Any comments from the group ?
