I take it by the silence that no one has installed a rear sway bar on an
early series car. Well, I guess I'll have to figure it out on my own.
(That may be dangerous for my car.)
I'll pose another question for the group. Does anyone know how the
headliner is installed in the early series hard top? There is a raised
lip just behind the front latches. Does the headliner clip to this by
some mechanism, or is it simply glued down behind this. I assume the
headliner also attaches to the top of the rear windshield and runs down
the sides of the hard top and attaches near the chrome hold down posts.
If anyone has redone an early series hard top, I would love some guidance.
