Head Gasket?

Even when cold my cooling system leaks due to what I would imaging is excessive pressure created by the blow by of compression gases.

The headgasket is new and I think I installed correctly, maybe not.

the head was also recently rebuilt and I think is ok. I also lose power on exceleration due to what imagine is a loss of compression?

Any Ideas?????
