Before I dive deep into tearing my brakes apart, hopefully someone
out there can lend some advice. My series I Alpine has started to develop a
bad vibration when I come to a slow easy stop. There's no vibration during
hard braking or when the car is above, say, 5 mph. I'll probably start
looking at the front calipers first. Any ideas? Has anyone gone through this
before?

In addition to the rotor possibility already mentioned, I have
experienced vibrations a specific speeds from the exhaust rubbing against
the cross member and also from one of the driveshaft u-joints going.
Both were at low speeds, and I think the exhaust also occured when I
lifted my foot off of the gas pedal - when the torque of the engine would
shift the position of the exhaust pipe.
