Sure I had safety chains - they were wrapped around the bumper backets as
backup in case the bumper itself broke away from the brackets Did not
anticipate the whole bumper and bracket assembly tearing out of the steel
frame rendering the chains useless. Perhaps if I had put the safety chains
all the way around the box frame it would not have been a problem but then
what did I know!
Anyway, won't be doing that again!
