Series IV Alpines and Mark I Tigers had inside screw tail light lenses.

I bought a new Lucas tail light assembly for my Series V from a vendor at
the British Invasion. I was sensible enough to make sure the number
matched the number on some of the Alpines there (mine wasn't). But it
seemed to be pretty obviously a Series V assembly and I didn't know what
else it might be since I've never seen other cars with similar lights. It
was $60, which seemed fair.

On closer inspection, I find that the lights on Alpines seem always to
have the lens screws exposed, whereas the new one I bought has no exposed
screws on the lenses. What have I bought?
