You know...I just don't buy that, and I have heard that before. Why
would anyone WANT sulfuric acid in the oil of any mechanical device? I
certainly can't think of any. And this is the very stuff (90w Hypoid
gear oil) that is required for many transmissions, rear ends, gear
reducers, PTO's, and all sorts of machinery all over the world. Is
there anything in the known service bulletins about this?
