Throw-out bearing

Does anyone have any experience with the roller bearing throw-out bearing
offered by Sunbeam Specialities?

I am about to pull my engine to put in my "new" OD transmission (Yes,
Gary, it probably sat on my garage floor longer than your brother sat with
it). I have been getting it ready to pull at the rate of about 5
bolts/hoses/wires per day before work for the last couple of weeks.

I plan on doing the swap New Years weekend. I just ordered the roller
bearing throw-out bearing - figuring I wouldn't want to have it all apart
and not have all the pieces to put it back together. But, I do have time
to return it if I get some advice to stick with the graphite stock one.
