Someone once mentioned that there is a lubricant that goes on the first
motion shaft splines where the clutch plate slides. I have never done so
thinking that anything "sticky" enough not to spin off wouldn't do much
good on the lubrication front. I'm going to put my transmission back in
the car next week, so have the chance to do it if there really is
something. Any thoughts? Any idea what the product is?
