The headgasket could still be blown even if the pressures are good.
The pressures just say that you motor is in good mechanical shape, and
you dont have a gross head gasket leak.
Check your oil for water, and check the pressure on the radiator with
the
motor running and hot. If the pressure fluctuates, or is erratic, the
cumbustion
gasses may be compressing the cooling system.
Some head gasket failures only manifest themselves at temperature.

If you can get the old one out, an expansion plug may be used, and
