Where to buy ring gear bolts?

Report: All ring gear bolts of my MK IV 1964 were loose.

As far I have found that those bolts are UNF 3/8, (24 turns per inch),
11/16 long and maybe strength is 12.9.
But where these bolts are available? I live in Europe, Helsinki, Finland.
Specialized bolt shops have only mild 8.8 bolts, or I could have 1 1/2"
long ones within one week, and they might not have thread long enough.
There is quite good parts shop in Helsinki for american cars, but I ought
to know where these bolts are (let us say in a Chevrolet Bel Air or in a
GMC van).

So please I need you desperately (or at least your intelligence):

-Are original ring gear bolts 3/8 UNF, 11/16 long and 12.9 ?
-Do you know if similiar have been used in any american car, and if so, are
they in differential, cyl head, manifolds...
-If I must order them from Britain, which brit parts shop has e-mail adress
(and rapid service)?
-Is it essential to balance ring gear, in my opinion there is no matter if
the weight of bolts vary a bit.

Thank you, friends. We are back in ring gear bolts, again!
Larry
