Any carb you put on your SV other than the CD150 is technically
illegal.
This includes the Solex 32/32 that you should avoid like the plague.
The 32/36 DGF or DCD carb is nearly identical to any other
progressive 2bbl weber retro, all of which are also technically illegal
on a SV.
The wonderfull people at the test station dont know that though,
and will test the car, unless it is obvious that the carb just doesnt
belong.
The tester will not remove your air cleaner to read the numbers,
and since he really could care less anyhow, so what if he did?
The 32/36 carb is so popular as OEM on so many euoropean
cars, and the tester has seen so many anyhow, he'll never
believe you if you told him that the car didnt come with it.
Good luck, and tune it right.
