Ok, you got me started with V.B.

The deal with Victoria British, is that they know not what they sell.
Their uhpolstry NEVER fits, their trim pieces dont look right, or fit
right.
Many of thier goods require "modifications" to function or fit, and
frankly thier customer service blows chunks.

I bought some body trim pieces and some hardware for the trim.
The trim pieces for the door seals were made of a very hard material
that could best be described as a soft plastic. The material was so
non-compliant, that it would not compress down to allow my doors
to close.

Same with the trunk seal. Pure garbage.

They wouldnt let me return any of it because I cut it to install it.

I asked to be taken off their catalog list, but they wont even do that.

Anyone want to buy some door seals, pre cut to correct size?
Or a bunch of head gaskets to a Hillman Hunter?

I fully agree here, and in retrospect, I should have not made such
a big thing of it, because it is most unusual for any problems to occur
with Ricks goods.

What I meant to do here is to gain some understanding in how so
many of these "new" lifters are defective out of the box.

I had hoped to get a statement like "oh were getting to the bottom
of the pile, and this is what is available".
