after several months of down time, i fired up my SV last night. i killed
it after a few seconds, when it started to race. no biggie. i went to do
a restart, and i cranked it a little, and the starter cut out. oh well,
try again. turned the key again, and the light went on, but when i went
to crank, all electricity stopped. no lights, no nothin. i think i heard
the selenoid click before the lights went out. after waiting half an
hour, my lights started to work again, and i could turn on the ignition,
but as soon as i try to crank the engine, all the juice is gone. this
morning again, i had lights, fuel pump workin. go to crank, a relay
click, and no juice.

 my guesses.
 selenoid is acting up.
i fried the starter by cranking more than i should have
 a ground went bad
 short in the ignition switch

 beyond that, i'm at a loss. i haven't blown any fuses, but i haven't
checked everything yet. i have an extra selenoid, and will "swap test"
that this afternoon.
