Sorry to say that I dont right now.

The piece is really easy, you just use a new gasket as a template,
the mark and centerpunch the places where the holes go.

You will have to put something like a 3/8 NPT fitting for
your PCV though.

Use a 1/4 inch plate of alluminum.
The lifter clatter will be reduced as a result.

I used studs all the way around the plate for ease of assembly
and to stop the oil from leaking from the top 5 cover holes.
