Been an impressed reader for several months now, I'll see if I can post a
question or two...
1) My series II fuel line is getting replaced during the restoration. In
mind of future performance upgrades, I'm thinking of using a bigger line.
Does anybody have trouble with poor fuel flow out of this 1/4" line??? I
can't believe how small this is!!! What size are the later/Tiger ones? The
fuel tank has been "sealed" and the radiator guy didn't want to take a torch
to the tank to replace the fitting to a larger (5/16" or 3/8") one 'cuz it's
brazed in...
2) Is there supposed to be a chrome ring bezel thingy aroung the filler neck
opening on the quarter panel?
3) My hardtop is aluminum (at least it's light and non-magnetic). I know
these were options, when were they installing alum. vs. going to steel?
3a) Who sells headliner kits for these?
