The 1/4 inch line is fine, provided its not clogged.
The factory raced with those carbs and lines making well over 110 BHP.
The bigger line will not net any performance, and will cause the
pump to pump longer at startup to build fuel pressure.
After longer periods of time between starts, you will have no
fuel at all till the larger volume is filled.
The size of the tigers fuel line is immaterial because the tiger has
nearly a 3 to 1 difference in engine size and potential fuel
requirement.
