Id say that rust bucket West Coast tigers are likely salvageable.
Most rusty East Coast cars are just about history when the cancer
manifests itself. Unless the rust is really minor, the East coast
rust bucket is gonna become Alger Fodder.
I would say that any Tiger worthy of 20K figures has got to be a
shoe in for a TAC cert or it could not possibly be considered
worthy of the money.
Ive seen quite a few Tigers seemingly selling for low $$$$
figures in Hemmings, but also at the same time it is well known
that these type blind sales are how many people get swindled
into buying an Alger for low Tiger coin.
Caviat Emptor "or something like that"
