Ray - the following information is from the SAOC: Satin Black - radiator, engine block, pulley, starter, dynamo, oil filter and base, dipstick, oil pan, chassis components, steering box, water pump Natural metal - cylinder head, clutch housing, rocker cover, all fluid reservoirs, heater valve, distributor housing, carbs, exhaust pipes, springs Gloss black - horns and vacuum chamber on servo

While I personally have not investigated this, it looks to me like the dashboard finish could be replicated with a can of black crackle paint from companies such as Eastwood.
