I am planning on performing the modification on the timing cover & crank pulley that will allow the installation of a modern oil seal. I have the article by Russ O'Brien that was published in the TE/AE newsletter some time ago. The seal part number is listed as "C/R #17231." Does anyone know the manufacturer of this seal, where I can purchase one, and/or what the original specifications for this seal are? Any help would be much appreciated.
