Dont give up quite so easily, there are people who have installed these. Find them, and ask them how it works, how long have they used it and so on.

Better yet, fly over to Jays place, and get him to drop his tranny, and we'll get a visual.

Personally I know of two people who have unsuccsessfully tried the roller TO bearing, where the failure was in that the clutch vibrated and juddered on release of the clutch.

Jay is the first success story Ive heard.

Yes, even with a heavier clutch. The trick is never riding the clutch, and never leave the car with the clutch in for any amount of time. And NEVER EVER EVER start the car with the clutch in.
