Hi all,
Which way up should the clutch slave cylinder be mounted; with the bleed
nipple at the top or bottom. Logic says the top where the air bubbles
will gather, but the pipework naturally falls at the top orifice hence
making the bleed nipple at the bottom.
Any tips for bleeding the blighter? I have a 'One-man brake bleeder'
thingo but I haven't been able to get anywhere with it. The clutch pedal
falls straight to the floor. Next step is to go with the wife on clutch
pedal duties while I open and shut the bleed nipple from below.
Cheers,
Paul.
