The wiring for the switch is simple enough, although finding a usable heater switch may not be.
The asscessory terminal (4) would go directly to the heater blower feed wire (notice I didnt say to the + wire). The switch, which resides on the heater control assembly, simply grounds out (when on) the return wire from the blower.
