Scott,
If your near a PPG body shop supplier, I would use the DP epoxy primer
on your floor pan. I wouldn't spray it, but brush it on. From my
experience and others, one can't go wrong from using it. The only
problem, of using it in the winter, is applying it in a cold garage. I
would get some electric heaters, and maybe heat the underside of the
floor pan for a few hours or maybe just wait for warmer weather. It
comes in black, white, grayish-green, and I think red?. However, use the
402 activator with it which activates it for immediate use.
