My 2c............The 64 2BBl manifold and a 32/36 Weber is the best route.
It has electric choke and simple adjustments. It delivers good fuel economy
and power. It is basically maintenance free unlike the Strombergs which need
constant damper replenishment and syncronization. Webers are available from
major Sunbeam parts suppliers and elsewhere.
