I suggest you call Smitty (619) 233-7937. He is probably your best
best on finding one of those. If you are unable to locate one you
could always modify your driveline to accept the J type output shaft
commonly found on Volvo overdrives (also Laycock/DeNormanville). It is
my understanding that parts for these are still readily available. I
believe it is a yoked output and simply requires a mod of the
driveshaft, which any reputable drive shaft shop could do. There was a
thread awhile back about a shop in the LA or San Diego area that
rebuilt Laycock/DeNormanville OD's. I believe someone on thelist
called them, but I don't recall the outcome, except that they don't
rebuild the OD that goes on the Alpine.
