Pine Masters,
I just picked up a set of four 9" hard rubber heavy duty casters (two swivel,
two don't) as I am ready to undertake the task of making a "body Jig" to
transport the Series 3 body around bare naked. (not me, just the shell) I am
intending to make a cart that bolts into the front and rear bumper mounts. I
don't want anything too bulky as I want to be able to have the body
sandblasted, undercoated, bodywork and paint without this thing getting in
the way. Any of you done this? Any plans out there? Measurements? I see
this is not new, take a look at this link...

The one shown is actually a little more frame than I want. Anybody got a
feel for this thing, ideas?
Just as a note, I reassembled my freshly painted heater motor and related
goodies today. It looks new. It is now boxed with other fresh parts waiting
for it's re-birth. I feel a special bond right now with the "heater dude"
from the Rootes factory. He must have been a special guy....keeping so many
warm and toasty over the years. Everyday people, lovers, businessmen, sports
car nuts, couples with kid sleeping in GT section, even Get Smart! Moments
frozen in time, forever to dream but never to really know. Stay warm.
