The Lucas Sport coild doesnt have, nor does it alledgedly need a
ballast resistor.
Not good news though, because the pertronics unit wont work right without
the ballast. The peak coil current will be too high and the the pertronics
unit will shut down for a bit.
You should NOT use a ballast witht he lucas sport coild either or your
spark will be somewhat weaker.
Better get a canventional coil, and a ballast.
