Guys and Gals,
If you are like me, you are not made of $$$$. However you might think so if
you looked at my receipt pile for the "pine."
I recently called White Post and wanted info brass sleeved master and clutch
cylinders. I "thought" I understood Billy to say that they would be 80.00
each, I was wrong. That was for "wheel" cylinders I guess. I sent them my
rusty nasty greesy stuff and I received the package yesterday in the mail and
much to my surprise, a Visa statement in the amount of $408.00!!!
Yes, that's right baby $408.00. My wife will never find this statement.
Don't get me wrong, they appear to have done an excellent job, sleeved,
bead-blasted, clear coated, cherried out and shrink wrapped to boot.
Anyway, what's done is done. Just wanted to warn you in case you don't
listen very well.
While I have your attention: Has anybody used "Gas Tank Renu-USA, here is
the web site. My tanks are not that bad but who knows what they look like
inside. Besides, I have really nice brass now inside my masters and nobody
can see that either.
