Just got back from the Hayward British Car Field Meet (at) Cal State
Hayward, and guess how many Alpines? As of 11:00- none. But there
was a Tiger in the parking lot... I tried unsucessfully to get my
series 2 on the road last night for the 3 mile journey. And here's the
Question I was faced with that prevented me from attending. How can I
tell if my car is a neg. or pos. ground? The battery box was rusted
out so I had a new one fabricated and inatalled. Now the dilemma is
how to hook up the battery! The car is perfectly stock, as far as I can
tell, and it does appear to have an original generator, and all original
wiring, but I'd like to know for sure. Any instructions on what to
look for to be sure one way or another?
