I'm doing a similar mix.

As well as the mounts & engine mount plate already mentioned,
the intake manifold & waterpump are different, so use the ser III parts.

the fastback clutch & flywheel won't match the ser III box unless
you use the fastback operating arm, arm-mount & bearing.
Alternatively, use all the series III bits, including the flywheel.

You'll have to retain the ser III distributor if you've got the
mechanical tachometer.

And, er, didn't some of the fastbacks have the iron head??
