Series 3 heater parts

Hi all,

I'm currently collecting the parts to install a heater blower in my S3.
The Parts List shows a rather odd-shaped rubber drain trough, does
anyone have a source for these or an alternative method of achieving the
same function.

The part is shown on Plate B, Section ZU of the Parts List. It is item
number 44, part no. 1206542. My parts list says this is used on S3 &
SIV.

Note that S1 & 2 don't use this part, they just use a gasket to seal the
blower into the duct. I wonder what the early cars did with any water
that got into this area? Rust? Perhaps that's why this drain was
added...
