Actually, there's only one drain hole.

Here's how the duckbill drain's in the trans well attach on my Series
V. The driver's side drain attaches (via a hose, as on all) to the
scuttle vent on that side, likewise does the same for the passenger
side. These drain any water that get into the vent from rain, washing,
etc. The center duckbill attached to the pan we are referring to. It
sits under the heater core and drains any condensation or, God forbid,
leakage.

I do not believe that SS sells them, but that could have changed as
they are always coming up with new reproductions.
