Seat Bolts

None of the old rusty bolts came back after getting my seat frames stripped
and powder coated.

No problem, just run down to the hardware store and replace the old rusty
junk with some good new stainless steel bolts.

Problem, none of the stuff in the hardware store fits, not metric, not
standard.
Does anyone know if there is anything special about the seats on a '67
Alpine? This isn't that dreaded British Imperial is it?
