Did you pressure test the cap (If you've replaced the pressure thingy)? Also
try a 160 thermostat. Mine ran about 175 yesterday (in 98 degree temps in
Chicago). I've also seen mine dump out the overflow tube without much of a
telltale sign if the cap is questionable.
