I figured as much. Now for a real question, the engine and chassis
numbers do not match the engine number is B399004167. Which I think is a
1969 alpine GT motor is it the same as the 1725. I am wondering this as
there is a fuel pump in my future. I would like to thank you all as I
have read the archives at the alpine site and it has been much help. jim
