According to my parts manual, there are three slave cylinder push-rods:
the series I (adjustable), the series II-III (up to B9204717)#1206903,
and the series III-V (from B9204718)#1203637. If no one has managed to
identify which is which, any one who has a series V spare shouldbe able
to measure and identify.
Also, I know someone who has a new (still in the box) series II pressure
plate (9 spring)
(which would fit any flywheel if the pins are relocated, but is series
II ). Let me know if you need this.
